Breast Intentions Ltd - Returns Policy
At Breast Intentions Ltd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Returns Timeframe:
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since you placed your order, unfortunately we can not offer you a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Hygiene items such as breast pads must still have hygiene anti tamper seal intact.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
-. Please contact us at contact@breastintentions.co.uk to initiate the return process. Items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be processed.
- Items are to be returned are at your own cost, we recommend that you receive proof of postage from your chosen delivery carrier as we can not issue refunds on goods we do not receive. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or an incorrect item, please contact us without delay. All damages must be reported to contact@breastintentions.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. When reporting damages or issues you must provide a copy of your order, photos, and a brief description of the damages. We will work with you to assess the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges:
- We only exchange items which are defective or damaged. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
